Why I created this journey

A few years ago I was a nurse who felt completely burned out and disconnected from my life. On the outside things looked fine, but inside I felt lost, exhausted, and so from the life I wanted.

The turning point came when I started working with my inner world — learning how to regulate my nervous system, understand the patterns shaped by my past, and reconnect with who I really was.

As those inner blocks began to shift, something incredible happened: my life started changing on the outside too.

This journey is the process that helped me move from surviving to thriving — and it’s the work I now guide others through.
